BULGARIAN-ROMANIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY – Bulgaria
BRCCI is a non-profit private association of companies interested in developing their business in Bulgaria and/or Romania. The Chamber, together with its members and partners, forms an active platform for exchange of market information, business contacts and experience. The Chamber implements initiatives and projects in the fields of promoting entrepreneurship, VET, digital tools for SMEs, circular economy, mentoring at work, D&I, cultural heritage and tourism, environment protection, innovation, sustainable and bio-energy. BRCCI conducts market studies, analysis of economic sectors with potential for development, specialised services, and mediation for the presentation of Bulgarian business in Romania and vice-versa through trade missions, networking events, trainings, workshops. Together with institutions and international organisations, BRCCI has built capacity in joint projects for the exchange of experience and cooperation on topics of mutual interest. For 5 years the Chamber successfully is running a VET centre providing courses and services for young people and adults aiming to increase their skills and qualifications to become entrepreneurs, and for companies training their staff. Being a cross-border organisation, BRCCI special added value to all projects is its ability to ensure easy access to target groups from both Bulgaria and Romania, where the Chamber has equally well-established wide network coverage.
